We’ll make Gnocchi from home made ricotta and from potatoes and beets. We will have them boiled and sauteed with a variety of sauces. You’ll take home recipes, and all the gnocchi you make.

Tickets are non refundable - please triple check your schedule and if something unforeseen does come up, you certainly may transfer your tickets to someone else. ONLY If we are able to resell your spot, we will refund in the form of a gift card to La Belle Aurore
